Does the rear light work? If not your lighting coil might of went on ya. Check to see that you have voltage at the headlight plugs when the quad is running and the lights turned on.
Did the headlight bulb blow? Check the voltage at the bulb socket with the motor running and the lights turned on. You should be getting 13.5 -14.1 volts. Rev it up some and see if the voltage stays below 14.1volts. If it jumps above that when you rev it up I'd replace the voltage regulator.
