Kick Starter Binding

I just replaced the clutch basket on a blaster and now the Kick starter is binding up. It gets stuck about halfway down and wont move. I have removed the case like 3 times. When I remove or even losen the case the kick starter pops right up and works fine. I dont think its the spring because I tried 2 different springs and still have the same issue. Any ideas?

is the rod bent? so it's binding when the cover is on?

Nothing is bend Ive tried swapping out with a different kickstart assembley and the same thing happens.

check the kicker spring assembly that happened to one of the blasters i have worked on tht usually goes bad on some this is what you want

I have a few bottom ends where do you ride motoman i just moved to kissimmee. I was thinking maybe the clutch basket is hiting the case cover maybe something isnt seated right in the clutch.

Did you get that kickstarter problem solved? Mine does the same,everytime I put the cover back on.any suggestions?
