jetting advice

I need help figuring out what size jet i should use and all the stuff i have been reading about jetting is to confusing for my simple mind, so any ideas would help, my setup is as follows:
bored .40 /weisco
3mm stroker crank
stock carb tors removed
air box lid removed w/ uni filter
boysen pro carbon reeds
dg pipe and silencer (thanks Cmh156)

as a guess id say around a 290 main start big and go down in size

Have you had the jug ported to match the stroker crank?

nope was short on cash when i installed it
