someone can tell me if chanching the oil seals and rear bearings is something you can do at home or you need a mechanic ?

In the carrier? Where the axle is? Anything and everything can be done on a blaster at home.

The rear bearings are easy to chanche i think.
But to access the oil seals is not necessary to open the engine ?

My blastar is leaking oil , but I do not know if it's coming from the Gear Shift Pedal or from the front Sprocket

You don't have to split the cases if that's what you're asking.

You can drill a screw in the oil seal to help pull them out and as far as changing rear axle bearing , they are easy when u use a torch to expand the carrier and I put the new bearings in the freezer beforehand and they will drop right in

shift shaft seal
leak test will tell you what is up but.
either the case is cracked or it is the shift shaft seal
from what you are saying.
