looks like you were, there's some rule about 3 likes from 3 different members.
it helps us keep spammers from joining to post links and message members with links to their nonsense.
I forgot to look at that earlier, it appears you only had 2 likes,
you now have those 3 needed

Established Members:
Established members are members that have a few extra perks because they contributed something useful to this site. It's actually not hard to become an established member, but it does require some minimal effort... Specifically, you become an established member three days after you register, make at least three posts AND three different existing established members "Like" a post you wrote (asking users publicly or privately for "Likes" will get you banned).
Extra privileges that you get when you become an established member:

- Larger Avatar Limits.

edit: I looked at your trophy points.
just awarded 56 minutes ago was 5 points for becoming an "established member"
so it seems blaster crazy's "like" has put you over the edge,
as some of his posts have put me, LOL
you PM priviledges should be active now

purposely to keep spammers from overrunning this place.
I already have to clean 6-10 spammers/threads/links daily, that you guys never see due to our spam controls
which the "established member" rule is one of.
