How bad is this?

Any clue how long will run like this? Was running fine (but very lean) just tore down as had a leaky crank seal. While waiting for new seal and a pressure tester from awk I pulled the head just to take a look.

Pull the cylinder and take a look at both rod bearings to discover where the play is coming from.

I just pulled a Blaster engine apart this afternoon that had the same issue. The lower crank bearing was shot. Back to your original question of "how long will it last". It won't last. The problem with Blasters is the clearance between the rod and the cases. If you run it until it's completely wasted, you may end up with smashed cases. Fix it now while it's still inexpensive.

Is about half and half. Pretty much equal slop top and bottom of the rod.

A little slop will soon become a lot of slop, it would be a good idea to fix it.

a little slop at 7000 rpms or higher is already a LOT of slop!
