I am from Mexico, i have a 2004 blaster,
I have basic knowledge of mechanics,and i have been learning a lot on this forum, i ported my cylinder
myself, and rechambered the head following the threads ( specially thanks for JOEAK47 for his videos,)
in my country there is not information about tune up engines, and it is very, very expensive everything about ATV, (because all is made on USA) and 1 dollar equals 17 pesos!!!! because that I try to make
everything possible myself, for example i ported with a DREMEL, etc..
my blaster Specifications
-re-sleeve and bore to 66.50 wiseco
- rechambered head to 19cc
-ported (194 exhaust and 120 intake)
-boysen ports
-sotck carb, and reeds,
130 psi compression ( i want rice to 165)
-squish clearance ??? on the next week I'll measure.
i run with 93 octane fuel and CASTOR 927, MOTUL 800 AND FOMULA K2 2 stroke oils
