Ok if I take the nose off the blasty # the plastic there's a couple electrical boxes mounted to the frame... My headlight doesn't work traced the wires to the top right box if your looking at it standing in front what does this box and the other boxes do?

The top one is the voltage regulator and the other is the CDI that controls your spark.

The headlight one is the voltage reg. Have you checked the bulb first?

Yeah the bulbs fine.
It works most of the time. But some times it just randomly doesn't work.

sounds like a loose wire/ bad connection.
