so, I have a 2004 blaster that has open air box, Uni filter, fmf fatty exhaust, boyesen power reeds. I have the stock carb with a 270 main right now, that did run fine, confirmed by plug chop. I have been running that set up for about a year now, but recently my compression has been getting lower, so I removed the cylinder, and found that 1/4 of the top piston ring was gone.
So now I am getting it bored .030 over (was already .020 over) , with wiseco piston. Since I had the jug off, I decided to follow ken o'connor's port and polish guide to try and gain a little bit of extra power. so at this point I am wondering if I can still run the stock carb or if should go with an OKO 30mm?

my elevation is 500ft above sea level.
