Help rejetting

hey guys I have a 03 Yamaha blaster just fully rebuilt, max bore on stock cylinder. Open airbox full fmf and silencer. I tried a 300 jet and it was bogging down very bad, help me!! Air screw was at about 2 and 3/4 out and needle is in middle position. I'm in Charlotte nc

Also, oil injection delete, 32/1 mix

Main jet is too rich. .get 290 to 270 jets start with the 290 and work your way down

With the air screw set at any more than 2 1/2 turns out the pilot jet is too big.

So,
Running a 270 jet and regardless of anything engine just bogs out .. Idles fine but any power input and bogs out. I have jets from 260-300 and no luck, stumped.. Any suggestions?
