Has anyone had this problem with their 34mm keihin pj

I got ready to start the blaster today and the carb started pouring fuel out of the bottom overflow hose i adjusted the hook the needle sits on and its still flowing when i removed the carb to adjust the float when holding it uspide down at first when i blew on the fuel inlet hose a little air got through so i adjusted it until no air made it through but when i put the carb back on it kept going anyone have this problem

sounds like u need a new needle valve seat

The float and needle are brand new

you dont adjust the hook, you bend the tab till the floats are at 16 -18 mm <(i think)
measured like this.............

sounds like a delema! try taking the float bowl off and holding the float up by hand and see if if stops flowing when u lift it. then pour gas in the the bowl while its off the carb. maybe its the drain screw leaking out???

The tab is what i meant... So i should bend the tab until the float rest at 16-18 mm
