Hard start after rebuild...??

So I had piston failure and had to send off my cylinder for boring and then I reassembled it. Now it won't start without a shot of starting fluid, but once it's starts it runs fine and will restart unless it cools back down.

Before the piston broke it started pretty good, usually 2-4 kicks. Since it does run I am pretty sure the problem is in the carb. I cleaned it out today and it looks ok...

Is there anything I should try like changing the air/fuel mixture setting or moving the needle up/down?? Thanks for any suggestions!

I would reset the airscrew to one and half turns out after you tighten it all the way. then do some small adustments on it. make sure the pilot jet is clear.

Thanks Scot I will try that. Good thing is I have another Blaster, when in doubt swap parts!
