Love them. Protect my hands from brush and rocks from my sons freeking machines.

"HEY! I'm back here and I'm old, OK? So stop chucking rocks at me!"

Thanks! Nice pics best! I wanted to see where they mounted on the bars at, and you pics shows that.

I dont have any room on the straight control length of my fat bars. But by looking at you pics i can see that the ones you have mount lower on the bars. Now i have see if they make hand guards that will fit the fat part of my bars?
Thanks of the pics!!

they all fit different those look like barkbuster's plus hand guards:D
either way hella good:)

I have 2 sets of these Tusk Hand guards. No problem mounting them to the bars, and they have held up really well.

I have a set of the Powermadd Tristar's on the Kodiak. Tusk ones wouldn't fit or it would have them on it.

Both brands are good. The tusk ones were way cheaper, but the Powermadd ones have way more adjustment in them to make them fit how you want.

Nice pice Fred, thanks!

I like the Tusk Hand guards the best, and there price is awesome. But i dont know it my parking brake will work with them?

I was also looking at Powermadd Tri-mount kit, that is on the Kodiak, and they only fit 7/8 bars. :(

I need clearance for the parking brake on the left side?

The mount will probably have to fit on the fat part of the bars on the right side?

More room if you weren't running a stock throttle box with the unused TORS switch section jutting out another 1/2" - 3/4"
I had to shave that off mine to run acerbis handguards on the black blastard with stock bars.

Those Tusks look like they'll work for you

The TORS switch section is cut off of the throttle box and my stock throttle box cover.

What you are looking at is just that part of the new throttle box cover.

If i cut that part off my new cover it would say ASTER! hahahaha!

This is my daughter's old CRF100.
She wanted guards so I made them out of 1/4" aluminum flat-stock:

The "U"bolt clamps are threaded rod bent and covered in nylon pneumatic tubing.
The bar ends are a 5/8" bolt drilled and tapped M8 down the center and then cut at an angle.

Tough as nails, light as can be and cheap to fabricate. About $10 in material.
Not a Blaster but you get the picture.
