FS: 1995 with 2003 frame NE IOWA

Well, I'm sick of living with my mother in law. It's time to sell the toys and save for a house.

Details:
1995 motor and plastics
2003 Frame Fully titled and registered in Iowa and has current Wisconsin ATV Pass
2003 Rear Shock
Razrs in the rear 80+% tread
Stock tires in front <50% tread
Vitos dual stage reeds
Frame under plates
Flipped Front Wheels

New parts:
Clutch Cable
Clutch Lever
UNI Filter
Clutch Side Crank Seal
TORS Eliminator Kit
New brake pads in front
Intake Gasket

Problem:
Only one problem I've had with it and I haven't been able to correct it. When cruising in 4,5, or 6 and you pull the clutch in it stays at the revs and doesn't come down on it's own. I've just always downshifted when slowing down and it brings the idle down with it. Not sure if it's an AF screw issue or what.

I didn't think it would take this long. I have all receipts for the parts I put on this quad. I'm going to be hurting for money here in a month. Might have to sell this for pennies when it comes down to it.
