I was wondering if the front hubs can be turned or should I not bother? I bought a used hub and it was in a lot better shape then the one that was on it but as soon as I start adjusting the lever the shoes start to rub on the high spots.

Not sure that's a really good question your best bet would be to call your local shop and see what they say if they can do it it probly wouldn't be much
