If it doesn't come with instructions, go to website. It will have specs for sealevel at certain temps and air box set up. Then you adjust for your setup, temps, elevation.
Same with reeds.

Anyway so do I need jet for this or no and open air box should be fine it says I need high temp silicone why if it's brand new

For any exhaust mod and pulling off air box lid will require rejetting

All stock besides proformance cdi and plug wires I have oil injection I can adjust lean or rich so why plug chop

i would say 280 main jet as well.
Or buy a few 280 and up.
Get genuine mikuni jets not some chinese crap/ jet kits are frowned upon on here as well.
