So is the fmf a pretty good improvement over the stock pipe? I pretty much trail ride and tear up my feild, logging roads etc. I do realize that jetting will have to fatten up, and I have a Maxima foam filter already.
Reason I ask is I can get one with the silencer for $50. It's rusty, but no dents or holes. I can sandblast it at work and I already have ceramic header paint. Worth the hassle or nah? Oh it doesn't have the flange that bolts on the jug, but I'm sure I can get one or cut the stock one off. I'm about to pull the trigger on this thing, I mean $50 is really cheap. Yay or nay? Thanks.
