Seems like a good price. I don't see how it fits rite on. I have a OKO 30mm. It fit into the reed boot just fine but the air filter boot was to small to fit the carb. Some people heat up the air filter boot to fit but it didn't work so well for me.

I have this exact same Carb that i bought off ebay it worked great for me. I have since been bored and ported and going to a 34mm I will sell you the carb for 70 bucks shipped

I'd go for it even though it's probably an OKO 30mm still good quality for the price. You just have to keep up on maintence with them a tad more than others. But like I said their a nice happy medium
