has anyone else had this happen with their dynoport? this quad has american star +3 +1 arms on it. and the pipe hits the a-arms

Mine doesn't hit but i have less than a 1/8 inch clearance with my +5's. They used to slightly rub with my old arms under compression. A little persuading of teh pipe fixed that though.

when i had the DP with ASR +3's, it was close also,
a little playing with the top mount helped.
loosen the top mount and push it as needed then re-tighten to hold it in place.
it's also possible to put the pipe on either side of that mount, pushing it one way or another

What is your caster setting at? If you set your caster more Negative then you may not hit the pipe.

i thought of that too, even went back to check the pic, i see he does have the rear adjustment out pretty far, but can't see if the front adjustment is "drawn in" further

better pics of the full a-arm set-up ?

yeah, you guys are right, we just threw this quad together because it won't be hitting rode until next year. we were gonna do the all the fine tuning (camber, caster toe) in the spring.

I went out and adjusted the caster and got it close, and now I have about 1/4 of an inch of clearance.

thanks guys.
