Dune only Blaster engine build.....

What is the most reliable horsepower you can get out of a blaster engine that is going to be used exclusively for riding the Oregon Dunes? I have found builders that are getting mid 60s to mid/high 70s for drag Blasters. I would be sweet to get a reliable 50-55hp Blaster to surprise the sh*t out of Banshee and 450r riders. It might be nice to beat them every once in a while ( you know catch them off guard).
