Cutting plastics

What is a good tool to use to cut plastics??

A jig saw works great. A sander or sandpaper and a block are nice for smoothing the cuts afterwords.

general consensus is..... jig saw
however if you do a 305 cut make sure you give him credit for coming up with it

Dont cut them!
Unless you ride sand only...
Dirt,mud,rocks,gravel,everything you can think of will wack u in the face,
mostly when you turn your bars

I perfer it without elephant ears ( Now I don't feel this way with all quads).... you don't get nearly as dirty as people make it sound.
Also my knee would hit the fenders all the time. I feel for these 6' tall guys.

thanks man, there was another tweak i was going to do to the rear but for the life of me i forgot. maybe once its back together it'll come to me
