I want to play with making a set of custom fiberglass fenders. does anyone have fenders I can have. Actually all I want is the frame side mounting holes.

Sorry Merc, but just holes are in short supply, they usually come with material around them.

Yup, it is clear what you need, but if could not resist the smartie about only wanting the holes.
I've got a set, but a suggestion, 2-2 twill carbon fiber drapes nicer than fiberglass and is easier to work with if you can stomach the cost of epoxy and will give you a little more flex than fiberglass or kevlar would
