Just out of curiousity... How does it work the clutch on the Blaster? .. There is a pushrod with a small ball and another rod.. When you push the clutch handle a small "door" opens, where the pushrod is located, in the enginecase where the tranny is...

this "door" dosent close 100% when clutch handle is disengaged.. is that normal ?

But is it some kind of presure or what is it acutally that engage and disengage the clutch through this pusrod...

when you pull in the lever the clutch actuator in the motor has a flat on it and when you pull it it puts pressure on the first shaft that puts pressure on the ball which puts pressure on the next shaft that is fixed to the pressure plate (cap) and then its pushed off the plates and your clutch disengages, you should never sit with the bike in gear and the clutch pulled in, or get going real fast and pull in the clutch as the rod will melt the ball to the shaft or burn into the actuator.
