What cleaning solution can I use to clean all the grease and grime off my engine so I can get it painted? Im using brake cleaner, and carb cleaner now and it works, but is there anything better? Thanks!

If your goal is to strip it off all paint, wax, and grease, the only alternatives i can think of is paint thinner. If you just want to clean in mineral spirits can do it too.
Other than sand blasting it i think your using what it needs to get the job done. If you have a compresser blow it off, it helps get everything out thats wedged in the corners.
