Cant Post Wanted Ad in Marketplace..

Wasnt it like 6 months membership or something before you can post in the marketplace??? I thought i met all the requirements.... i want to post in the wanted section really.... i figure ive bought enough stuff from the for sale... got taken for some front brakes... i should at least be able to post a wanted ad?????

Maybe im missing something and i still need more to get those permissions??
