It was raced at one stage
Has a keihin pwk carb
A mini rotor/flywheel
Vforce3 reads and block
Top end seized a year ago and it sat for a while
Put a new cylinder and piston etc in and it wont start.
Can get a ting then poof thats it
Piston is the right way
Float may be a little high
Carb is clean ( floods after a while float issue i think)
New plug
New woodruff key

Somewhat new to two strokes but have some knowledge

Couldnt figure how to make a thread on my phone sorry new to the forum

And a tlp pipe

reeds good ?
good blue spark ?
fresh B8ES plug ?
reeds good ?
pull the pipe off the head and see if it starts ? mice nests in the pipe have been known to happen, especially on a bike that's sat for some time.
you may also have flooded the bottom end with fuel ? ...... pull pipe off head, fuel off and carb bowl drained, plug wire off, wide open throttle and kick till your leg hurts to purge any fuel out
