Blaster surprise

Well, I thought I was buying a roller that I was going to put a bigger engine into but turns out it just needed a piston.
For $275 I got a 2000 Blaster with a few aftermarket things and in really great shape.
The piston was junk, it had been seized.
Aluminum all over the cylinder walls.
Cleaned up the cylinder and it spec'd to 2nd over.
GREAT!!!
My buddy just bought a 2nd over Namura kit and when he cleaned his cylinder it took to 4th over to get it right so I had a topend kit for mine. SWEET!
Anyway, we think he ran lean when it seaized.
The airbox top is off and he had a K&N filter in it.
I'm not sure of the jets in it now but after the holidays I'm gonna open the carb and see.
It needs cleaning anyway because it wouldn't take throttle after about halfway.
Here's a few questions for you Blaster wizards out there.
It's got an FMF fatty, K&N air filter with top removed.
What jetting mods from stock are recommended?
I know, I know, pics.

btw-I just can't start cutting this nice Blaster up, I'll have to look for a true roller. My buddy has one about like mine and got a true roller last week.
We'll definately get some mods going soon.

Went to the Yamaha shop yesterday to get some jets.
From what I've read on here I bought 270,280,290 and 300 jets.
FMF Fatty, K&N filter, air box lid removed.
Started with the fat one first and didn't go anywhere else.
Runs like a top with a 300.
Didn't do any plug chops because we had too much other stuff to do.
btw-We've got 3 Blasters now and picked up 2 YZ400 engines on saturday.
We're gonna tear them both down and build them making sure they're cherry before they go in the Blasters.
I've seen one really nice YZ400 conversion on here, Paulie I think.
Can someone point me to his build info?

Brought it home and got the aluminum off the cylinder walls from the seized piston.
Put a new piston in it and fired it up.

edit: I measured the bore after cleaning it up and it's a really tight 2nd over.
It appeared to run lean when it seized.
After some research on here I bought new jets and settled on the first one we put in, a 300 main.
I thought it would blubber but it was pretty crisp.
I'm working on a couple of vintage bikes to get them ready for racing next year but I should have some time for this blasty.

I like Paulie's yellow but I'm gonna go with the white/red Euro look, all my other projects are set up that way too.
