Well every 1 new to this site . Not to sure how it works . But I'm in d middle of rebuilding the head and piston in my standard blaster I bought and I am going to boar it out . Does any 1 know what is the biggest boar you can do to them and what piston does people recommend to put in . Cheers thanks Craig .

boring/cutting the cylinder to its max capacity is only going to hurt you money wise.
with hardly any gain,if any
the real power is getting a modifield cylinder head/ported cylinder/aftermarket exhaust ect.
only bore it if it needs boring and get it done by a professional trusted shop.
my recommendation for best and also best price is @OConnor Racing

Y does it not be worth it . Would a aftermarket cylinder head not cost more than a boar. I have a trusted shop 5 mins from my house biggest shop of that kind of work in Ireland. thanks for your replie.

if its stock bore just bore it to the next size that the scores are out of it.
my old blaster had a bore at 66.25 and the i bought a weisco top end kit that was closest to my location ( so shipping was fast and i wouldent have to wait for snail mail) witch was 67mm
like speedslyder said your not going to get more power out of it and then if you where to blow it up you would have to get a another OEM cylinder to get it bored out.

Cheers lad . My cycylinder isn't scored its mint but would u recommend I just go standard boar of 66 again . I'm in Ireland don't think il get any 2 quick now . I'm been told that weisco is the best to go for . . Cheers for d message .

boring it out to its max is a gain of 13.5cc
that in terms of hp i dont know but ridicoulusly low.
wiseco is a forged piston/oem is cast piston
the wiseco you need to make sure you let the engine warm up longer before you ride it.Including if you take a break on the trail for more then 10minutes,then want to ride again:)
do whatever is availble to you..:)
