Should be able to get a blaster bottom end rebuild vid together next week. Any details you guys want me to include other then part numbers and torque specs? Might paint the covers and maybe the cases cause this blaster is in rough shape....

so are you going to show both disassembly and assembly, or just an assembly vid... by the way your videos are great! really interested in seeing how to split the cases...
Well I work on my cousins two blaster and my banshee. One of them has pretty much been down non-stop since we started riding. My one cousin isnt very knowledgeable in machines and isn't really smart enough to be taught... So which ever one he rides usually breaks (trying to convince him to get something he cant break, no clutch, no oil mixing, no maintenance, ect).... The banshee was just bad luck that the lower rod bearing blew right after doing a topend rebuild :-/
Im still waiting on one of them to order the lower seal kit then ill get on the rebuild as soon as the parts come in. I will be doing a full breakdown and assembly including torque specs and anything else i can come up with to make the job easier/better.
