73mm yes its bored.
It does look like it has a mild port on the exhaust, and the triple port on the intake, i didnt see boysen ports though.
That piston looks brand new, but the wear on the side is NOT good. You will defiantly need it honed, possible bore. doubtful on the resleave, but im not sure how big the bbk pistons get

typically to 74mm i believe except the airsal cylinders they claim to be a 71mm so i dont know for sure
What kind/brand big bore is it ? I was assuming vitos maybe because of the silver head but I'm not sure ... Do you know ?
