This build has been stalled for waaaay too long.
My son (Triplecrown) put the engine together. It has a Vitos 72mm triple exhaust, 4 intake cylinder and a 3mm stroked and stuffed crank. Some new parts were put in the motor and gearbox to replace worn items but it is pretty much stock other than that. It does have an FMF (What type???) pipe on it but other than that it will be stock. It has been a "parts donator" over the last year, so today was mainly to get front suspension and brakes in place.
Nothing special other than a good torquey engine, this is going to be a mud tractor.
Taller aggressive mud tires are planned for the rear.
Cable drum brakes on the front, Banshee hydraulic disk is the plan for the back.
Lots of missing parts, this is going to be a challenge. The goal is to have it running by next weekend.
That may be overly optimistic.
I'll order everything I need on Monday, we will see how far I get.
I could use some help. I will be using a stock VM26 carb. Anyone know what to use for jets?
