Ok so i decided to upgrade my fronte brakes, using a Banshee setup
So i got some hubs, calipers, master and lines from ebay
I wanted to use the stock spindles so i had to adapt them
All i had to do is build a adpadtor plate and weld it on the stock splindles
First i made a test plate from some tin to get the holes ansd dimensions correct :
copied it to some thicker metal and welded it to the spindle
test fit :
painted and finished and on the quad
Also made some hose holders from thin metal strips :
I also needed a spacer , for that , i used one of the old bearings , just cut the inner race in half , and you get the right size
They work great but i'll be getting some new discs as the ones that came with the hubs are in pretty bad shape
