Banshee Headlight Mounts

Hey guys , I've been in the Garage again and I've made some new mounts for my Wally lights for my Banshee. I swapped out the 50watt bulbs for a set of the 35 watt bulbs . I will probably swap to the LED bulbs in the future .

Brand spankin new Wally Lights!!!!

Here is my Harbor Freight Tools Tapping set , it was less than 10 bucks on sale and Its great for light jobs like this .

Here is the aluminum block fitted in before the machining . The fit was a bit tight and scraped some paint off the frame . I still have another few coats plus clear coat to do so that will be fixed .

I'm thinking about hooking up some of them lights on my blaster, gonna take off the ugly single headlight. Go for that banshee look you know. Hope it will handel them ok.

You will need to install 20 watt bulbs in order to run them . Search the site for wall world lights and you will find all the information you need .

I got back out to the garage today and got my lights/mounts finished . I gotta say I'm really stoked about how they turned out .

I know this is a Banshee specific mod , BUT it shows work like this can be done with the basic tools used .
