300ex not starting need help

I have a 96 300ex. It has a new starter, new plug, carb and gas tank cleaned and it just cranks. Also tired to start it from the solenoid. The piston moves because I can feel it. Any help would be great.

Hows the compression?

My compression tester won't fit on it for some reason

I suggest getting one that fits, and testing it right away

Ok I will try and see if I can find one. The piston does move up and down. I did try to pop start it a couple of times and it sounded like it was trying to start but no luck. If it was low on compression wouldn't it still start from pop starting it?

Is it getting any fuel. I would also make sure everything is snug and wires are connected tight.

3 things are needed, compression, spark and fuel, if you lack either then it will not start.,
