1999 Honda Foreman S 450 electrics

Hi, I have a Honda Foreman S 450 and while riding the other night the lights & speedometer just stopped working. I was thinking I had a bad fuse but they were all good when I checked, any other ideas?

Turned off, or stopped functioning properly?

We have an 03/04 (not sure) and it was rolled, the main headlight doesnt work, and the speedo stops also.

And after you hit a certain RPM, the screen flashes and you have to restart it, because it wont down shift...

Everything else works completely normally and it hasn't been rolled. The main use of it is work...no play on her
