15 tooth sprocket or 14?

What should i get 15 tooth front sprocket or 14? My blaster is stock would appreciate your opinion.

the 15 tooth requires you to grind the case down, so the chain dosent hit, i would go with the 14

Yeah if i had 40 in the rear and 14 in the front will that be okay with 18s?

i have 18s in the rear with 14/40 gearing and its great. i was riding 14/40 with stock tires but i didnt like it so i put the 13 back on. but now with my 18s the 14 is fine.

If you have a stock motor and stock size tires,I would stay with the 13.if where you ride is small and you don't run much in top gear. I would try a 12.

with 18's u want 14/40 on a stock engine, and maybe even 14/38 if its modded out enough

if your not gonna be topped out i say stick with the 13 with a stock motor. even with mine being piped it had a hard time pulling after 4th in long grass with a 14t and 18" tires

I'm running a 15T front sprocket on 20" tires. I've never needed to shift to 6th gear but it also does not have a problem in tall grass either. Maybe the difference is power, maybe the difference is the ride height...

ya, having a lot more power, you can pull the taller gearing a lot easier.
