Same here. Finally replaced my clutch side seal and it has never ran better.

We can ride in the city limits in my town. As long as it's registered and has an orange flag. I don't use and orange flag though and haven't been bothered. Mostly golf carts in town use the flags.

Cool. I'm still going to pull the pack and soak them to be sure. I don't want to have to pull the side off again because I didn't do something right.

should it spin as free as can be with the clutch pulled or should there be a little bit of friction? I poured a little oil on the plates with the clutch pulled and got some oil in them. It still seems like there's too much friction. I really have to jerk the rear wheels hard to get the metal...

ball bearing is in there. The pressure plate moves off the friction plates but the motor stays engaged when I try to move the rear wheels. Also the clutch lever on the left side was aligned while adjusting the push rod.

Ok, long story short, I went ahead with replacing my crank seal due to it revving out at idle after it was warm and milky crankcase oil. I broke the inner hub in the process so I bought a new one to replace it. This meant taking the clutch plates out. I got it all back together, adjusted the...
