So I bought a blaster and got it running! Only problem is it won't idle at all. The guy seems to have done a TORS delete but never added an idle screw. Is there anyway to fix the idle or do I need to add the idle screw kit? Are any kits better than others?

Hello all from NY. New to Yamaha Blasters and asking for any advice on problem areas, things people change etc. The blaster isn't running the guy said it was a carb issue, so wondering best way to clean it. Also I thought oil was supposed to be mixed in gas but he had the oil in the oil tank...
