Hi. I had the same problem when I bought the same carb new for my wr200 and no one could tell me what they were ! All u need to do is bend the coolant pipe and plug it back onto the head if that makes sense. I removed one of the pipes and connected the remaining pipe to where I removed the other...

    Yamaha wr200 help !

This one was imported from Japan. I have been looking on motorsport site and talking to one of the guys there and that tm30 they stock isn't the carb for my bike. My wr200 is a 1995 and has a tm30ss which has two coolant pipes connected to it. The tm30 doesn't have these connections.

    Yamaha wr200 help !

In that pic it has a mikuni vm series 28mm but after playing around with it for a couple days I couldn't get that carb to run very good on the blaster so I swapped back to the stock 26mm and that's what iv been running with a 320 main jet and now a 35 pilot and needle on the middle clip. Yamaha wr200 help !

By the way I replaced the pilot jet in the blaster and it did have a #32.5 for some reason. I put a #35 in and problem solved. No more splutter on low revs and it pulls really well now. No more frantic gear changing on trails. I'm really impressed with this airsal 225 BBC. TBH I never though the...

Also Iv tryed down sizing the main jet and it didn't change the fact that the bike won't idle. the plug is oily and still lots of blue smoke from the pipe. Iv adjusted the needle clip position to the second notch down and it still didn't change. So I'm going to try dropping the pilot one size...

My thinking exactly. I blocked off the oil feed to the carb yesterday and I'm going to try premix to see if it makes any difference. It has a NGKr br9es. I haven't done a compression test yet but it is next on the list. the crank seals seem ok. Do you think a worn piston or rings could cause this ?

When it's on the pipe it's fast but anything less than 3/4 throttle and it runs rough and lots of blue smoke and black oily residue on the licens plate. I clean everything out again and make sure it's ok just oils up again and struggles to idle
