Can someone tell me how to set the stock timing with a dial indicator and ohm meter.

What could I use for a carb on my blaster. My bike is piped bored and has v force reeds. I have a 2004 that had tors. I had a 90's donor bike that I swapped out the wiring harness to get rid of the tors. I'm going to a cycle salvage and want to know what carbs I could use off dirtbikes ect.
