How do you set stock timing

why?
the woodruff key gets placed on crankshaft then flywheel gets aligned with it.
are you installing something other then a stock flywheel
or a adjustable stator plate?
there is another option as well but what are you trying to do?
nobody is going to measure these blaster that way
that is 4-stroke chit:D

Well I don't see any marks on the plate or flywheel and the stock plate has a little bit of adjustment just want it dead on
 
you cannot adjust a stock stator plate,without grinding out the bolt holes/which alters the timing...Or a stock timing key without buying the vitos plus 4 key.
more then likely it has a adjustable plate installed by previous owner put it at 0 degrees.

okay i will look for better explanation as well i will post pics to help.
but upload some pics of your problem area and boom you will be set right:D
