I just picked up a 98 blaster for 350. Has a newer top end but compression Is low I have not did a compression check but the kick starter goes down pretty easy by hand.. so I pulled the head off and everything looks to be in good shape . The guy says he didn't use a torque wrench on the head...

How will I not gain anything off the milled head? High compression means more horsepower correct? Also ive beat banshees with just an fmf pipe and air box removal.

Im currently getting my 89 lt250r port and polished , head milled .30, and bore over. Im also adding a 38mm mikuni carb and i am running fmf pipes. How much of a power increase should i be expecting from milled head , p&p, bore, and bigger carb? Also how should i go about jetting this?

Also I followed that link and check all my wires with a multimeter and they all seem to be good. And the tors is removed. What else could be causing no spark?

I can cut the tors out without actually gettingthe removal kit, correct?

Also if it tests good does this mean for sure that its good? Cause my blaster ran and then bogged Down on me in 5th gear and shut off and Wouldn't start back up so I tried a new plug and check alll my wiring and connections and my ignition coil is testing good

Ok I have no spark and im guessing its my coil . I need to know how to test my coil with a multimeter? Any help would be appreciated

Ok I've done everything and now im thinking it could be a electrical problem.. I did have spark and then I tested it again and im not getting spark. The last time I rode it , it bogged down and shut off and It hasn't started since. Could it be the coil?

After i hold the drain tube up and crack open drain screw, how do I check the level?

Ok so now Its back to being real flat on the top end again.. it ran good for a while yesterday now its back. Its like it will pull good through thr first 3 gears then after that its just flat and doesnt want to pull.
