How can i resolve leak?can i use exhaust paste in that place? That falange that have 2 NUTS have any seal between engine and falange?

Fred,my 2002 blaster dont have any wire in clutch lever. Blaaster, no i do not leak down test because i dont have one. I will see diy leak down tester and try to do my one tester. 2years ago all fine with bike when stopped in a garage :(

Installed today new ignition coil and plug cap and its doing the same...not better or worst... ;(

In the morning did some test. Check needle ref and its ok 5J22 check primary and secondary coil from ignition coil and it seems its out off spec... Its suposed to see 5 to 7 Kohm and i got 12.9 Kohn In this 1.5 to 1.7ohm and got 0.6 ohm Didnt try to put needle in...

Im shure that its original Mikuni needle as i see logo engraved on them, but i can see the complete ref of needle.

The air filter (oem) its cleaned and float height reset 3/4days ago as you can see in other pags from picture, set to ~21mm with no gas for overflow. Main jet its all seat, tryed with 230, 250 and 270 all doing the same thing

Open petcock and clean all things inside them and McLean fuel tank, reassembly all parte and teste gás flow and its OK. Try to start and idle OK bit wont revs. Disconnect plug from kill switch/lights to isolante this and bits doing the same.

Yap all tors system removed, only have that big think in the top off the carb but no cables :(

I dont have tors, first owner removed them. Wires and control unit its out. The clutch switch what are you talking its this tors or just to see here is the clutch cable?

I will do that as i have no much more ideas to resolve this :o. Even 2002 Blaster have this microswitch? its on clutch lever? I will try to find this and clean contacts or use contact spray clean

Try to do movie with petcock on and off and today it was the same, its bogging with gas on and gas off :( This movie start the bike and gave a throttle and not rev to much, its cold its true but when its hot its the same result In this im in 1st gear and put full throttle

Didnt try, but i can see tomorrow. Start Blaster, shut off petcok and then pull the choke and see if it does anything to rev without touching throttle? I will try to do one movie :) Blaaster, did you see photos in pag1 ? take today after doing what you say yesterday :)

Really? im thinking its not normal. But my problem is that Blaster its Bogging, i can make a movie to show. It idles but wont rev up, stand up or riding. If i try to close petcock it revs up, i dont no if its suposed to do that Measure the stator output as described on service manual...
