hey guys so i asked last year about those prity cheep air res shocks on ebay n no one had any real experiences with them just that they looked sketchy so i just wanted to no if anyone had tryed them yet n if they could give any input on them thanks

on other forums i've seen breakages on first ride, and reports of them not even showing up.
don't waste your $

I wouldn't buy them. Its a life and death part. If they break you could end up in a big broken mess on the ground. keep your stock ones or get shocks from another bike or works shocks.

Yeah I know it's a life-and-death part I don't know I hit alot of jumps doubles table tops and that I bottom out sometime so I've been looking at upgrading I'm thinking the rear shock that everybody uses is the 400EX 450 TRX I would love to get a TRX reservoir front shocks but it's going to be expensive so I was looking at the stock Yamaha Banshee front shocks I've heard that they are better than the stock Yamaha Blaster ones Does anybody have any opinions on that

Talking about the RFY shocks? There is a guy who has a webstore who can re-valve and upgrade them as well.

I have a set on my wife's motorcycle I built and they're ok. They work but that's a pretty light bike and doesn't leave the ground. Another forum member on that site (xs400) had a set that didn't last long before they leaked.

I'd probably just keep my eye out for some used works shocks or other aftermarkets.
