I just went + 3 and am very happy with it. Purchased a longer brakeline from Streamline, the parking brake cable still fits, and went with a 520 x 102 chain (had to remove one link) Good luck.

My son and I just lengthened his 2005 Blaster swingarm by 3 inches, so we had to replace the stock brakeline. I hate to throw perfectly good parts away, so if you need a stock rear brake line, pm me and you can have it for free. You pay postage, I'm not sure how to do that but we'll figure it...

Just added 2.5 inches to the swingarm, and I am assuming I will need to purchase a longer rear brake line and parking brake cable. Can someone send me to a company that sells such things??? Thanks!

I'm a cop, when I see guys riding I either wave or stop to check out their bikes. Never tased or batoned anyone blowing by me in third gear, they would be a challenging target to say the least! Moral of the story....... Not a cops are weenies, so lighten up!

Thanks Randelator, I needed some torque specs that the original manual didn't have - actually, the original manual doesn't have much of anything in it. I am having my son install a block-off kit today on his Blaster. Makes a Dad proud to watch his kid figure stuff out!
