After a long break, I finally got a chance to work on the bike and found that the issue was the TORS system. I bypassed it and the bike runs great. Thanks for the input everyone.

Should I still go thru this even after my idle is running just fine right now and just having the throttle issue.

It's a 89

So I pulled spark plug and cranked over and got good spark. Next thing I did was removed carb and cleaned out real good. Now I crank over and starts up beautiful and idles nicely but throttling up kills the motor. What now could I do for troubleshooting this issue, two steps forward one step...
