My dad severely fractured his knee when I was a kid and never had surgery...it was his right knee, so what he used to do was start it with his left leg. Awks method would certainly work but I'd worry about agrivating your injury.

Not on the 1/8...the side walls on the back tires absorbs a lot of bumps. It's rough racing in dirt but you get used to it.

Thanks James! The switch to alky was a big difference, wish I would have done it a few years ago when I first started doin 300ft. Yeah I made the frame orange partly so my wife could see me lining up an know when to record. LOL couldn't miss it. I threw on the front tires I got from you guys...

took it to dunn benson 1/8th mile strip last night and got in 3 runs. Got faster each run and dialed it in better each pass, but it really needs more gear. It was toping out too quick
