So i have a new problem on my blaster... a few weeks ago i put up a post bout my blaster not wanting to turn on, found out it wuz the wooddruft key key that broke in half. i saw sum damages to the pulsar coil n the other 2 in ther no big deal but after i did the repair the bike started righ back...

Has anyone had problems with the kickstart geting stuck in between the frame and the braket down below that holds the footbrake cable as u try to start it...any sugeston on how to fix this issue that am having other than beding the pcs os steel or cuting a nothc off of it..

ill try cleaning it againg n see what happens...

ok so i have done a rebuild kit on my carb about 2 weeks ago, i took my blasty out have been ryding it for about n hour or so n the carb started gushing fuel from the over flow valve hose n the other 2 sml ports on both sides of the carb near the cap. do u guys think is because my screw is out 3...

These blaster are known for the oil injection going bad.. When u get a chance try doing the block of kit they sell on ebay and just pr-mix it 4 0z of oil to one gal of gas i use castor 927...not responsible if u dont know how to do it thou n screw sumthing up.. For the most part is preaty easy...

as u can c on this pic under the pulsar coil screw u can see where it has a marking on where the key way dug a gash n right by my finger on the coil for the lights. no damage to crank shaft...thank god.... just need to find the corect key way..any suggestions on where to find it? cant find...

Yeah i said that myself when i pull of the reedvalve cage n seen that sumone had put red rtv on the gasket...also i notice that the stator coils are damage im guessing it happend when the keyway sheerd off it must of hit them so i have to ut a new stator too..

i just got home for my lunch brake n pull off the stator cover finding out that the nut that holds the clutch stator had came loose or i must of not thingent it enought when i replase the pulsar coil causing the key way to grind off so the clucking noise that i keept on hearing wus the statot...

Thanx guys but I have to find first the reason y is making a rough metal noise when the crank spins. Will b posting pic soon
