Hello everyone, I know it has been a while but thought I would let you know the result of my leak test. The reed cage was leaking something terrible, I sealed it up and am now running a 280 may even go down to a 270 main, it pulls hard and have had a few nice long trouble free rides. As always...

I start it and vary the throttle until the head is warm then take it easy for the first 5 minutes or so. Then I ride it like I stole it!

Wiseco. .002 Sounds like they didn't match you piston to bore to well. You might have an issue with ring gap.

I think he is mixing his gas and is still using the stock auto lube. So he is actually running a 20 to 1 or so ratio. Not sure. My bike doesn't smoke much after its warmed up and I'm riding.
