Just rebuilt my top end on my blaster. I started it with no carb on it and it would start up first kick with a little gas sprayed I'm the reeds. But once I put my new carb on with tors system already removed it eont start. Has spark. And the carb is getting gas. Any suggestions?!

Why on earth did you start it with no carb on it?

Why a new carb? Is it a OEM blaster carb or ebay carb?

What jet you got in the carb and needle position?

Any other mods to the bike ie: exhaust, air filter box lid on or off, port work?

Running without a carb lightens the weight of the 4 wheeler!therefore it should run faster than with a carb, right?

It has dg exhaust toes delete. The carb is aftermarket

I'm going on a limb and saying it won't start because the carb is off.

A bike needs 3 things to run.

1. Spark
2. Air
3. Fuel

Grab a Ohm meter and test the electric system.

If it has spark, What color is it?

Float level correct?

Fuel delivery stops more bikes and atv's than almost everything else, besides trees. Trees will stop ya dead! Always wear headgear and I'm not talking about a toboggan you guys!

Im having same problem guy i bought my blaster off didnt know what he was doing.he removed the tors eletrical..how do i set tors it was turned all the way counterclockwise..and does it matter that my choke wont stay out..
